Yogesh Singh is a Partner and Head of the Corporate practice group at Trilegal. He has an illustrious track record of advising clients on M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions. In the last seven years, Yogesh has been intensely involved in distressed asset transactions, including some first of their kind restructurings/settlements, fintech, technology and Defence (contracting, offsets, investment and policy) matters. In terms of sectors, Yogesh focuses on financial services, e-commerce, TMT, fintech, edutech, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, Defence and hospitality.

Anurag Sharma has nearly 23 years of experience in South Asia and Southeast Asia in leadership roles both as general counsel for leading corporates and working with law firms. In his roles, he has worked on issues across numerous jurisdictions including India, Myanmar, Vietnam, Singapore, China, the US, the UK, Egypt, Australia and other African and European countries.

In his current role as the general counsel for MakeMyTrip, Anurag handles the entire spectrum of legal and compliance issues for the company across the globe including key strategic litigation, M&A, partnerships, etc. Prior to shifting to in-house roles, he worked with Fox Mandal, a leading law firm in India, in its corporate as well as dispute resolution teams. Anurag completed his Bachelor of Law degree from the Campus Law Centre University of Delhi in 2001.
