Payel Chatterjee is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and White-collar Crimes practice at Trilegal. Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau of Investigation (Retired)
Mr. Sushil Prasad Singh is a retired CBI officer who served the organization for 36 years, retiring as Superintendent of Police. Throughout his tenure, he worked across various branches of the CBI, investigating and supervising numerous complex and high-profile cases.
He spent over 14 years in the Bank Fraud Branch of the CBI, where he handled several landmark cases, including the 1992 Securities Scam, the 1995 CRB Scam, the 2001 Ketan Parekh Scam, and the 2018 Nirav Modi Scam.
In recognition of his exemplary service, Mr. Singh was honoured with the Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service by the Government of India.
