J.B.Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (JBCPL) is one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
Trilegal represented JBCPL in acquiring certain brands, assets, employees and business relationships from Sanzyme Private Limited pertaining to its probiotics and reproductive health business (which includes brands such as Sporlac, Lobun, Oxalo and Nano Leo) for commercializing, marketing and sale in India.
