Ummeed Housing Finance, an affordable housing finance company, has raised Rs 270 crore in a fresh funding round from Norwest Venture Partners and an existing investor – Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia / NHPEA Kabru Holding B.V.
Trilegal advised and acted as the legal advisor for Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia / NHPEA Kabru Holding B.V and Lightstone Fund S.A. Raif (one of the other existing investors, who did not participate in this round).
