Trilegal advised LCC Projects Limited (LCC) and its promoter selling shareholders on the successful listing of equity shares aggregating to INR 4,271.41 million (IPO).

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited acted as the book running lead manager.

LCC is a multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction company engaged in the irrigation and water supply projects segment from Gujarat. The IPO was oversubscribed over 48.51 times and made a strong debut on the Indian bourses, at ~31% premium.

The IPO proceeds will be used for repayment of its outstanding borrowings and purchase of equipment.
