Deal: Trilegal advises Orient Cables India on its INR 5,520 million IPO

Trilegal advised Orient Cables (India), a leading networking cables and solutions provider, in connection with its IPO aggregating to ?5,520 million.

According to industry research by 1Lattice, Orient Cables is among India’s top four players in the networking cables industry, with a market share of approximately 22.9% in Fiscal 2026.

The IPO proceeds will be utilised for capital expenditure and repayment of indebtedness.

The syndicate of book running lead managers comprised of IIFL Capital and JM Financial.
