Trilegal advised Venturi Partners on $25 million investment in JQR

Trilegal advised Venturi Partners in their Series A investment of $25 million in JQR Sports (India) Private Limited, a rapidly emerging brand in the affordable footwear segment.

This marks the first venture capital funding for JQR Sports (India) Private Limited, with Venturi acquiring a minority stake.

Trilegal drafted, negotiated, and finalized the transaction documents on behalf of Venturi Partners.

The Trilegal Corporate Team advising on the mandate was led by Partner: Pratyush Singh; and supported by Senior Associate: Bhavya Vatsa; Associates: Advaye Sawhny, Neha Koppu, and Riya Thawani.
